Role & responsibilities
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between MCC, PLM, and Line Maintenance Department to maintain optimal cabin aesthetics.
Monitor cabin aesthetics standards and coordinate necessary actions with relevant departments to address any discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
Monitor Deferred Entries and Cabin MELs, ensuring timely dispatches and revocations in coordination with line maintenance.
Maintain the CTR tracker, facilitating communication between Flight Operations and Engineering department.
Respond to customer concerns related to engineering through various channels, including social media.
Address cabin-related issues raised by the In-Flight Services (IFS) Team.
Plan repairs and replacements of cabin spares to maintain cabin standards.
Initiate and address fleet trackers for continuous cabin upkeep.
