About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our US staffing team. If you are an experienced recruiter in the US technical hiring space or a recent graduate in engineering/science with a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you!
Who Can Apply:
Preferred Qualification: Freshers with a B.Tech/B.Sc degree (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical) and a strong interest in recruitment.
Or Professionals with 2+ years of experience in US staffing, particularly in engineering/technical roles
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite - Open to relocate to Gurgaon are preferred)
Work Timing: Night Shift (US Business Hours) 06:30 PM- 04:00 AM
Working Days: Monday- Friday
Cab facility for both sides, One-time complimentary meal.
Experience: 0 - 2 years
Salary Range - 3.0 LPA - 3.75 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering/technical positions
- Source candidates through Job Boards (CB, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen and evaluate candidates effectively for skill and cultural fit
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Maintain and update records using ATS tools (training will be provided if needed)
- Continuously learn and understand engineering roles and the US job market dynamics
